We love the beginning of the month because that’s when we measure our clients. What better way to renew motivation for the month than to learn that you lost two inches from your shoulders, chest, hips, and thighs?

While we only measured a handful of clients so far, here’s the breakdown of inches lost from a few hard-working Double Eagle Fitness clients:


Shoulders: 14″

Chests: 9″

Waist: 13″

Hips: 21″

Thighs: 9″

Biceps: 8″

So what? Well these are only the ones  measured so far and they  lose this amount of inches every month–provided they are logging all their food and sticking to their daily caloric targets. How many inches have you lost last month? How many do you plan to lose in March?
