    Becky good job with the tire!! I can attest to everyone of the 10 points above. I’ve been working out almost 5 months now and love every minute of it! Not only are the weight loss results incredible, but my whole attitude has shifted. It seems the more I workout the more I want to continue and keep getting healthy. I encourage everyone that has ever toyed with the idea of getting a trainer to jump onboard. I love the fact that I have TWO personal trainers!!
