One-on-one training is all about you. Every 60 minute session includes a dynamic warm-up, total body workout, and stretching.
We train outdoors in local parks or in your backyard with minimal equipment and focus on functional body weight exercises. Never have the same workout twice! (Small group, Skype, couples and senior training are also available.)
