Here are our favorite recipes. These are all delicious and <em>dairy-free (Paleo)<\/em>. To hit that elusive 40-30-30 protein goal, it&#8217;s very easy to blend it into a cold creamy shake. We use the All Pro Science protein powder. It packs 23 grams of organic grass-fed whey protein powder with only 3 grams of stevia. This hand blender comes with a shake mixing cup. You can also use it to puree soups or mash vegetables. Protein powder&#8211;check. Hand mixer&#8211;check. Gather your frozen &amp; fresh fruit, raw nuts and nut butters, and coconut milk or milk of choice. Add ice or freeze bananas and espresso for a cold ice-creamy texture.\u00a0<\/em>Blend. <strong>271 calories<\/strong>. We use about 3 bags per week!<\/p><\/div>\n<h1>The Tropical One:<\/h1>\n<h2>1 scoop vanilla protein powder<\/h2>\n<h2>1\/2 cup frozen mango<\/h2>\n<h2>1\/2 cup frozen pineapple<\/h2>\n<h2>1\/2 banana<\/h2>\n<h2>1 cup coconut milk<\/h2>\n<h2>Blend. <strong>397 calories<\/strong>. Beqir <em>loves<\/em> this one BUT he uses an entire can of full fat coconut milk (450 calories) AND a raw garlic clove, AND a splash of olive oil, AND some raw walnuts or pecans. He also doubles the fruit listed above and adds strawberries. With only one cup of coconut milk, these shakes will be thick. When I want to thin them out, I add water.
