Most of us\u00a0<em>don&#8217;t\u00a0<\/em>see pudding when looking at ripe to overripe avocados. We do! You will have to make this a few times to find the best combination of coconut milk&#8211;Beqir loves to make a large batch using 3 avocados and the entire can of coconut milk which yields at least 8-9 servings. You may also make a single serving to satisfy a little sweet craving with half an avocado and half a banana and 1\/4 cup coconut milk. Grab a 1\/2 cup and ONLY eat that because it&#8217;s addictive! If you eat the entire bowl containing 3 avocados, 1 banana, whole can of full fat coconut milk, honey, cocoa powder&#8211;that&#8217;s 1546 kcals! You WILL gain weight by overeating on healthy food too!
