Sometimes we need something tangible, something\u00a0 colorful, something <em>new <\/em>to revive our passions for our fitness, nutrition, and overall health goals.<\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<div id=\"attachment_1010\" style=\"width: 251px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/doubleeaglefitness.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/lw5424s_0001_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1010\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1010\" title=\"LW5424S_0001_1\" src=\"http:\/\/doubleeaglefitness.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/lw5424s_0001_1.jpg?w=241\" alt=\"\" width=\"241\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1010\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">These are my all-time favorite and most comfy workout pants--Lululemon Wunder Unders.<\/p><\/div>\n<h1>New Threads:<\/h1>\n<p>When I&#8217;m feeling stagnant in workouts,\u00a0self-esteem, or find that I&#8217;m doing\u00a0laundry every two days,\u00a0it&#8217;s time for new workout clothes.\u00a0Go shopping and shock yourself when you realize that you are buying\u00a0smaller sizes! Buy clothes in colors that inspire you. Buy clothes that wick away sweat instead of absorbing it as cotton does. Think of your activities and select\u00a0clothes accordingly. If you dead lift, don&#8217;t wear shorts and scrape up your legs. If you train outdoors,\u00a0dress in light layers.<\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<div id=\"attachment_1011\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/doubleeaglefitness.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/tumblr_lud7ysft7r1r699p4o1_400.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1011\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1011\" title=\"tumblr_lud7ysfT7R1r699p4o1_400\" src=\"http:\/\/doubleeaglefitness.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/tumblr_lud7ysft7r1r699p4o1_400.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1011\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Inov-8 Shoes are great cross-training shoes. They are light and come in a variety of colors.<\/p><\/div>\n<h1>New Shoes:<\/h1>\n<p>Do your toes jam up against the top of your shoes during burpees? Do you experience shin splints after running? Many of the most common feet issues are rectified\u00a0with proper shoes. After years of wearing traditional running shoes, I got tired of black toe nails and swollen second toes so I switched to the lighter cross training style shoes that are more appropriate for cross-training. Warning: once you start wearing close-fitting shoes like these, you won&#8217;t go back to your old running shoes!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1012\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/doubleeaglefitness.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/trigger-point-foam-roller.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1012\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1012\" title=\"trigger-point-foam-roller\" src=\"http:\/\/doubleeaglefitness.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/trigger-point-foam-roller.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1012\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Trigger point foam rollers feel incredible on tired muscles.<\/p><\/div>\n<h1>New Accessories:<\/h1>\n<p>Maybe\u00a0 you don&#8217;t need any clothes but a new water bottle, new sweat bands, or a new yoga mat can do wonders for your motivation. Do you have any LaCrosse balls or foam rollers to self-massage\u00a0muscles\u00a0post-workout? Why not foam roll\u00a0for a half hour while watching TV?\u00a0\u00a0HAte calloused palms\u00a0from all those pull-ups?
