Martial arts is about cultivating an art over time in a controlled environment. Self-defense is about raw survival–reacting only once you know how to control your fear and choose to fight back. Learn the confidence to escape attacks from five different angles with easy physical techniques that anyone can perform. Moves that you will never need once you understand that the best self-defense comes from 360 degree awareness, assertive body language, visualization, and a warrior mindset. Criminals seek soft targets. Learn to be a hard target.

“The Self-Defense & Personal Safety class was so great!  I know I’m going to use the techniques for staying out of dangerous situations for the rest of my life, and although I hope I never have to use the hands-on techniques, I’m so glad to know them! The instructors are very patient, experienced, and dedicated. THANK YOU Samantha and Beqir! :)” –K. Scherer

“The self defense program you are running at San Ramon Elementary is FANTASTIC !!!  My son loved the bully/victim role play and says he would definitely be more prepared if bullied.  And then getting into some of the more dangerous physical situations they could face this week – he is having a fabulous time and learning a ton !!   SO great!!  Thank you!!” Miriam Sittenfeld
